At Motorway we are currently looking to fill a role as a Parts Advisor.

The successful candidate will play a key front-line role in our continued success, where customer satisfaction is our primary focus.

Duties include:

Dealing with retail and wholesale customers to identify needs and provide product advice, with help and recommendations. Accurate Parts identification through in-house computerised catalogue databases. Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties and working as part of a busy team. Ensuring all items are correctly located. Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date. Providing excellent customer care.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday (5 days)

• 9.00am to 5.30pm

Key Requirements:

• Experience is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided

• A strong work ethic, looking to grow with a great team in a busy environment.

• An engaging, positive and friendly personality, with a passion for customer care.

• The capacity and willingness to learn and upskill.

• Work as an effective and conscientious team player.

• Strong PC Skills

• Great communication Skills.
